ANALISIS KELEMBAGAAN RANTAI PASOK AGROINDUSTRI KOPRA (STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN HALMAHERA TIMUR)

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Halmahera Timur merupakan salah satu daerah yang berkembang dengan agroindustri kopra. Pada pengembangan agroindustri kopra di Halmahera Timur saat ini diperlukan adanya perbaikan sistem kelembagaan rantai pasok. Rantai pasok agroindustri kopra sendiri dipengaruhi oleh lembaga rantai pasok yang menanganinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan struktur atau model kelembagaan rantai pasok agroindustri kopra di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur menggunakan metode Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM). Hasil analisis pengembangan sistem kelembagaan rantai pasok menggunakan metode ISM menunjukkan bahwa struktur baru kelembagaan rantai pasok untuk agroindustri Kopra di kabupaten Halmahera Timur yang didasarkan pada empat elemen analisis yakni elemen kebutuhan, elemen kendala, elemen tujuan, serta elemen lembaga yang terlibat

 

ABSTRACT

East Halmahera is an area that is growing copra as one of agro-industries comodities. In the development of copra agro-industry in East Halmahera institutional system need to improve their supply chain. Copra agro-industry supply chain itself influenced by supply chain handle.The purpose of this study was to determine the structure or institutional model of agro-industry supply chain copra in East Halmahera using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The results showed that the new structure of institutional supply chain for copra agro-industry in East Halmahera that is based on the four elements of the analysis of the elements needs, element constraints, elements of interest, and elements of the agencies involved
